What is a good make up brand I could get at a drugstore?

For eyeliner. Don't suggest NYC colour, it's awful. I want something that's reasonably priced but good quality.What is a good make up brand I could get at a drugstore?

I recommend Almay or L'Oreal. They both have great eyeliners, but L'Oreal's Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner in Carbon Black is the BEST black eyeliner by far. :) It doesn't fade and comes out a rich black color!

Cover girl, loreal, kohl.. Maybelline is what i get, sometimes they actually have mac pencils! they have a lot of good ones, just remember:


test the darkness on your hand.


dont buy the most cheap one or the most expensive one
the only two eyeliners that work for me are..


loreal's le kohl pencil smooth defining liner (if you like pencil)


or


cover girl's perfect point plus (if you like the twist up)
physicians formula its really natural not so heavy works great and its affordable.
Cover Girl. If you're willing to spend some money go to the MAC counter. There eyeshadow lasts all day without applying another application.
Revlon, Covergirl and L'Oreal carry some good liquid eyeliners and eye kohls at a reasonable price :)

Kohl, Maybelline, Covergirl, all of those are at my local walmart ;) Good luck. They're both good products too.

As you know, there are many brands of cosmetics at the drugstore. It's really hard to choose, so do a little research. Google ';Beauty Awards 2009'; and see some winners. If one brand pops up the most, this could be good! But that doesn't mean it will work for you.
