I was wondering what an appropriate age to start wearing make-up is (not like heavy make-up just like mascara and a bit of eye shadow) any ideas.What is an appropriate age to start wearing make-up?
Whenever you want. My mom always gave me the option to wear make up. Then one day in seventh grade i decided i wanted to wear it and she taught me how to use it.
