If writing a book is it required to make up names if its on your life?

Hello, when writing a book is it required to make up names if its your life story?

I'm starting a book on my life story and, I'd like to know if its possible to do the whole book myself or find someone who is real professional at writing?

If using different names are required then let me know if that's correct. If writing a book is it required to make up names if its on your life?
You can do it yourself. It's called an autobiography.

You don't have to make up new names for everyone unless you prefer someone not to be known to keep them from feeling hurt or angry with you. That's all your decision. If writing a book is it required to make up names if its on your life?
Legally it's safer. You can always change them back later, when it becomes a historical piece and they won't sue you.

It's not going to be appreciated by your friends if you embarrass them. And, unless you're an intern in the White House, none of the readers will really care who exactly you are talking about.

Good luck with the project.
