Vegetarians! How do you make up for your total lack of protein? Is having small arms a lifestyle choice?

And how do you explain the fact that humans have K9's and are MEANT to eat meat?Vegetarians! How do you make up for your total lack of protein? Is having small arms a lifestyle choice?
Sweetheart, my arms are probably more muscular than yours.Vegetarians! How do you make up for your total lack of protein? Is having small arms a lifestyle choice?
Um, really? Animal protein may be the most complete source of all the amino acids but you can combine different types of vegetarian foods to get the same benefit. In fact, lentils alone are one of the best vegetable sources for both iron and protein. Sure beats the heart attack and saturated fat you'll also get with your protein in meat.

And just as an FYI, Toby Maguire bulked up for Spiderman and he's a vegetarian! Can't say I've seen many omnis walking around that look like that. But you're right, you guys have larger arms full of fat cells.
Humans do not have proper canine teeth. Look at a tiger, they have proper canine teeth, I don't think yours look like that. Humans are not meant to eat meat, it is a bane to their health. Vegans are 10 times less likely to be obese than a meat eater, they are at much lower risk of getting *all* cancers and the risk of many other diseases is greatly reduced.

Although protein is certainly an essential nutrient which plays many key roles in the way our bodies function, we do not need huge quantities of it. In reality, we need small amounts of protein. Only one calorie out of every ten we take in needs to come from protein. All of the protein you need comes from fruit and vegetable sources.
Meat is not he only source of protein you know.

And all primates have canines, despite the vast majority of them being herbivores. Canine teeth originally developed for killing other animals. Humans and their distant ancestors have not used canines for this purpose for such a long time, that our canines have shrunk. That is why we (like most primates) have pathetically small, useless canines.

And my arms are quite normal, thank you.
The average American gets too much protein, which is detrimental to your health. Most vegans get plenty of protein, there are MANY vegan athletes and body builders. It is so easy to get enough, I won't get started on vegetarians.

Vegetarianism isn't about what we were ';meant'; to do. We certainly were not ';meant'; to imprison entire species of animals and slaughter billions upon billions of them a year.

But, I suggest you take physiology and nutrition classes when you grow up, so you realize how ridiculous the ';K9'; (lol) argument is.
I'm not against meat! I am a Vegetarian because of my medical issues and because of the health benefits as for small arms-what are you talking about. I eat Peanut Butter, Fake Meat, Protein, Fibre ,Iron Rich cereals, I still et all the things I need. Take a moment to actually stop being mean to Vegetarians and look at the people themselves-not what they eat
Oh scribble... Monkeys have canines too...(I see meat eating doesn't aid your spelling any...)

Monkeys, like humans are oppertunistic...(not strictly carnivores..) Our systems deal much better with veg, fruit and pulses...

Humans also have to COOK meat before we can eat it...What does that tell you...?

Meat eaters have a higher risk of heart disease (as it has a high saturated fat content) and cancers of the bowel (because meat is difficult to digest and so rots in the bowel on its way out...That's why your S*** will stink...) That's just to name just a few problems...

There's also the modern worries about growth hormones and antibiotics that animals are injected with....

Government health authorities advise you limit your meat intake...(they can't tell you to eliminate it as it would put farmers out of business...)

Being meat free is a healthy and cruelty free lifestyle choice.... and we get plenty protein from nuts, grains, beans.....

and who wants bingo wings anyway?
Tired, old, boring question but oh, what the heck, I'll answer anyway...

I absolutely do not have a ';total lack of protein'; because there is quite enough protein in the variety of fruit, vegetables, legumes, grains, etc. that I eat. Animal flesh is not the only source of protein. Do some research.

My teeth look nothing like the teeth of carnivores, do yours? If they do you must look a bit scary.

Small arms? Huh? Weird... (yes, I know what you meant -- still weird.)

Have a nice day, I hope the Troll Patrol doesn't hit ya too hard. ;o)
HAHAHA!! Man, you really need to take a biology class.

If there was a total lack of protein from my diet for the last 9 years, I'd be dead or at least in a coma. Well, I'm not.

Please think before you say something so rude and unintelligent to 12.4 million Americans and countless millions of others.
we have 2 'canine' teeth. the rest are for vegetables. and i know mine sure as heck aren't as sharp as a lions or even a dogs!

wheres the lack of protein? this peanut butter and jelly sandwich i'm having right now provides me with at least 11 grams of protein.

not to mention the soy milk i had earlier, the veggie burger and potato i will have later....
animals can eat meat.

human's can't...do u start salivating when u smell raw blood on a animal like other animals do?

No, because we are not natural meat eaters. We need to manipulate the meat in order to make it edible. Other wise we would probably never eat it.
Wow, you know there is an abundant amount of protein in vegetable, nuts, legumes, beans...

Just because humans have canines does not mean you have to eat meat. Your question makes no sense. Why do you care what other people do with their lives?
Humans have canines because in the olden days we had to kill to survive, not it is far from it. There are so many delicious and creative vegetarian dishes out there, far more than meat ones.

I get protein so easily, through foods such as beans and eggs.

www.kfccruelty.com
lets say that humans are meanbt to eat meat..the point is we do not have to eat innocent animals. we do not have to kill for the sake of our own selfish taste buds when there are so many plants out there that make up for the things bloody, nasty, meat has in it
If people don't want to eat meat then they don't have to.

I'm not a vegetarian but a lot of my friends are.

Meat is not the only thing that has protein, there are a lot of other foods people could eat to gain protein.
learn about nutrition before talking rubbish.....protein is not only found in meat you know!

i am a meat eater, and am a trained nutritionist. It is easy to have a balanced diet when being a vegetarian
Guy, I really don't think you're interested in an answer, so much as you are in provoking people, and trying to wind them up. You might want to think some about why you would want to do that instead.
You can get protein as a veggie from Quorn, nuts, tofu, soya and pulses and there are loads of varieties of those things so it's really easy to get protein.
So, by your logic, why are there so many vegans, myself included, who have not eaten meat, or any animal by-products, for years.....why are we still alive, and usually outlive meateaters?
Why do you think vegetarians don't get protein?
Haha you're so hilarious - what an intelligent question.

Get a life, you loser!
Stop spreading the hate and ask a useful question.

How about live and let live?!
Small arms? Like, ET? LMAO!!!!
Get a life man! No meat for us=more meat for you!
I wish it would give me a smaller **** ......
dumb ***
nuts!
Mmmmm burger......

Anyway, I believe humans are designed to eat meat as well as veg but I don't hate veggies..... in fact, I love them. More Steak/burgers/chicken pie etc... for me :)

Mmmmm chicken pie.......mmmmmmmmm
