Just to respond to ';phataway.com'; who posted...real makeup artist DO need a license. There are many people who claim they are makeup artists because they are talented...but a real makeup artist went to school for it and has a license in it. :)
cosometologist does hair makeup and nails yes. and makeup artist only does makeup and you do need different certificates. any specific reason? i can give you more details if you are interested in those areas.
