How old where you when you started wearing make-up?

How old where you when you started wearing make-up and what age do you think it is appropriate to start?How old where you when you started wearing make-up?
im 17 and the only times i wear makeup is when im in a play, or when im on a big date (which hasn't happened yet)How old where you when you started wearing make-up?
I started wearing makeup at during the middle of the school year last year, which was when I was 13.





I'm 14 now, but 15 in about 3 months, so it's probably been a year since i've been wearing makeup, i gradually increased it though, so I didn't start wearing a whole bunch in the beginning.





I think 13 is a pretty good age, but only mascara, and lip gloss. And then when high school starts, you might want to wear some, but it is absolutely not required to.





I know girls that are so pretty without makeup, and basically what i'm saying is that once you start wearing makeup, you look different without it.
I started when I was 12. I think make-up isn't as bad as a lot of people make it out to be. Not all of us are born with perfect skin and features, and it really makes me feel prettier when I'm wearing it. Plus, I absolutely love experimenting and learning new techniques and looks.
i was 13 when i started wearing make-up to school but i would put it on the bus and wash it off before my mom got a good look at me, she didn't let me were make-up until my freshman year of highschool. personally i think 13 or 14 is a good age.
I started with mascara in 5th grade and gradually adding things. I am now in 8th grade and wear foundation, eye liner, shadow, and mascara. I also wear blush and concealer.
I started wearing makeup when I started high school.





I don't think its necessary to wear makeup before high school, or even at all, but if you'd like to, I'd say 9th grade, or maybe even 8th.





But I agree, I wish I hadn't started wearing makeup, because when I don't.. I feel so self-conscious about how I look. =/
i started wearing some gloss at twelve, at thirteen, some mascara and gloss, and at 14, i wore some more face product like powder, blush, lip tint.

but makeup not only covers the skin but also prematurely ages it so yes it minimizes the flaws but in the long run it's better just not to use any.
I started wearing make up when i was 12.

But i did it horribly . I didn't do it good , until i hit middle school at about 13 , and my older sister showed me how to put it on . aha .

I think this age is about appropriate. definitely not pre-teen. Of course, nobody HAS to ever start wearing make up.
9th grade... and i don't think people should wear make up.





i feel ugly without it, i wish i would've never started wearing it.

@ 10-11...about 7th grade is when i would let mine...when i have them..lol
