How should i do my hair and make-up for homecoming?

i am wearing a dark blue dress it is strapless and long. it also has cris cross ribbons in the back. i have brown hair and blond highlights. i also have green eyes. i usually wear eyeliner and mascara and well basically everything you can imagen. any suggestions?How should i do my hair and make-up for homecoming?

Go with your regular look but add a little polish,red lips and try a bright eye shadow
hair i think some curls would be nice. makeup if you play up the eyes just a gloss on the lips. or vis versa. a smokey eye would be nice.
