What is the best drugstore to get make-up?

I have to go buy some make-up today, eyeshadow, mascara, the basics. I'm kind of on a budget because I don't usually buy make-up from all the expensive department stores. So which drugstore would you suggest? Target, Walgreen's? Thanks in advance. What is the best drugstore to get make-up?

Wal-Mart or Target. I've checked around town for L'Oreal HIP's Color Truth Cream Liner and at all the drug stores they were running for about $12 a piece, but at Wal-Mart and Target they were $10. I even priced some Revlon stuff and it was better at Wal-Mart and Target, so unless a drug store is doing a buy one get one free sale or something, you'd be better off at those two. Good luck!
Target- probably more of a variety and you might could find something on sale or clearance. Walgreen's has sales and clearance but probably not as generous as Target-

Walgreens. If you buy them at the cosmetic dest the cashier should give you coupons so you save lots of money. =)
Jewel Osco. They always get new stuff. Target is awesome too.
Walgreen's is where my girlfriend gets all her stuff.
Wal-mart will always be the cheapest unless you have coupons for some where else
