What does God think about women wearing make up?

Ive noticed that many women speakers tend to wear a lot of make up? I mean plastered with it. What makes them think they need to wear it?What does God think about women wearing make up?
1 Peter 3:3-4





3 Do not let your adorning be external鈥攖he braiding of hair and the putting on of gold jewelry, or the clothing you wear鈥?4 but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious.

Frankly, in this situation- I don't even think we need to bring God into it!





Just common sense. Lots of make-up generally does look retarded.





You can't blame us ladies for wanted to cover up blemishes and just look a bit brighter- but gosh- I think so many women and girls just don't really see themselves thru other people's eyes!!!!!!
Make-up is a choice, the extent of which is determined by society and culture. God does not have a preference one way or another. Thanks for asking.
I don't think there's a passage about it in the Bible. However, I'm sure the FSM likes women who do or don't wear make-up.

God has nothing to say about it, one way or the other. God doesn't care what a person looks like, God only cares about what is in a persons heart.
I think its exceedingly arrogant to assume that God cares about what people are wearing.....he is kinda busy yknow

Nothing, God doesn't care if anyone wears makeup or not, that's why he gave us free will. But it's different if someone wears makeup because of a lack of confidence in themselves.
Wearing it is not a sin, but I did hear an old preacher one time say that if a barn needed painting, then paint it.
