Okay so i am going to buy some make up for the first time and am buying some new hair products. What kind of drug store make up is the best without spending too much money. I dont want like bright blue eyeshadow. Maybe some concealer, eyeline, mascara and some new hair stuff. I am 14 and I have used make up before for fun and stuff but this time I want to start wearing it seriously. What should I get for my make up and hair?
I can't advise on brand because I'm UK not US. In terms of what to buy I'd say a light foundation or tinted moisturiser. (depending on how good your skin is but nothing heavy as you are only 14). Some mascara...its hard to say without knowing what you look like. Brown if you are fair haired and skinned, black if not. A lipgloss (you are too young for lipstick at 14) in a pinky shade, A kohl eyeliner to enhance your eyes a bit (not black, its harsh and doesn;t look very good on young people - bit trampy), a good light concealer (for occasional spots and dark undereyes) and a light blusher. All worn in moderation!!!
For your hair. Whats it like? How do you want to/usually wear ir??What should I get for my make up and hair?
MAC is a great brand for make-up, but at your age is far too expensive. Instead, go for cheaper brands and maybe some drugstore make-up. Good (and cheap) brands are Maybelline, MAX Factor, Loreal, Revlon, etc. When I say cheap, I mean around $25(AUS) for a foundation, whereas at places like Clinique and MAC, it would be $50(AUS).
CVS is a best the place to go. or maybe
