What is the Difference in the make-up of Native Americans?

How do you know when someone is Native American and they are from a different tribe from someone else? Is there a deference in the make up or anything? How would someone tell the difference between a Cherokee Indian and a Kickapoo? What is the Difference in the make-up of Native Americans?
Many years past, you would know which nation someone is from by the way they dressed. Now we all pretty much dress like everyone else.

Also, since there is a lot of intermarriage, etc. many Native Americans look like European Americans. I have learned not to disregard someone just because a person doesn't look like the Hollywood image of a Native American.

I usually ask or am told which nation someone is from. What is the Difference in the make-up of Native Americans?
You can tell by

- the way they look

- their accent

- the way they talk

When strangers meet they almost always ask where they are from, people respond with their tibial community. White Earth, Six Nations, Rosebud etc. Then you know which nation they belong to.

.
i can tell by the way they talk. or sometimes by looks. but then again i thought a friend's man was pueblo but he was oneida with a bad haircut so what do i know.
