How old should i be to wear make-up?

Okay, I'm thirteen turning fourteen this summer, wear makeup, and have never waxed eyebrows or anything. I'm going into highschool next year and was wondering if i should or already should have wear/worn makeup . My parents are SUPER overprotective and my dad won't let me wear shorts, they have to be and inch longer than my arms. I know sheltered child. SO how much makeup should i wear?How old should i be to wear make-up?
I think you only really need it for ur eyes at this point, so go easy with the eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow. Try not to get BLACK cuz it looks very harsh on young teens. Maybe blackbrown is good. And make sure to put it on so it'll ENHANCE ur features and people will be like ';whoa look at how pretty she isHow old should i be to wear make-up?
A light light shadow and mascara would look great with some gloss. Any more than that you could look like a young girl playing with mom's makeup. if you know what I mean. As I have gotten older I have found that less is more and natural beauty with great skin is the way to go. It's better for your skin/pores and will help so you don't get black heads and pimples. Be sure to wash your face nightly to get rid of the make up. OH and please do not use foundation that just makes most young gals look silly.
buy make up and hide it. dont wear too much, just the basic concealer for pimples or under eye circles and tinted lipgloss and definitely mascara.

clinique lash doubling mascara!!!! i swear by this product its a little pricey(14$) and u can only get it at a department store but i promise its worth it. it looks natural but it makes ur lashes significantly longer.





wash ur face everyday!!! and put on lotion.





u dont really need that much makeup though
lipgloss, eyeshadow %26amp; eyeliner. thtsz all. stick w/ the natural look b/c im 13. im in the same situation as you. my parents dont want me wearing short shorts either. but dont overdue the makeup. besides you're young %26amp; too much makeup wont make yuh look pretty, just cakey.

Mascara and a lipgloss are all you need at this point.
eye liner and mascara but dont over do it and its ur body so you should be able to wear shorts
just enough to look natural.


not pasted on like a chav with lines down the sides of your face
maybe a little brown eye liner and some powder foundation if you have acne or your skin is oily
mascara...... kinda sheer lipgloss.....lipliner.....foundation
