What product do women use to get that clean, almost shiny look to their face/make up?

I have noticed it on people like Delta Goodrem and Poh from Masterchef. Their make up makes their skin so clean looking and gives it a bit of shine. Does anyone know a foundation that achieves this look?What product do women use to get that clean, almost shiny look to their face/make up?
try bare essentials...yes it's being sold in infomertials, but i live in san jose, ca where the company started, and have been using this product for almost twenty years...love it love it...i have a diesease which produces horrible red patches all over my face, and the simple lightweight foundation powder is a miracle worker. don't let them talk you into the mineral veil, it will dull the nice shiny glow, and serves no purpose. if you don't live in california's bay area then their may not be a storefront you can walk into and online may be the only way to get this product...although a freind recently told me sephroa and nordstroms both carry the majority of their line. btw those infomertials (in this case) do not lieWhat product do women use to get that clean, almost shiny look to their face/make up?
It's probably a mineral foundation. It gives a very clean and natural look.
HD Silicone based foundations offer this nice fresh glow when applied, they can be airbrushesd on or purchased today through most makeup companies. Be sure to moisturize prior to any application, a setting mist like MAC also helps.
