How do you cover up freckles with make-up?

I have alot of freckles and I hate them soooo much. Sometimes people tease me about it. Is there anyway to cover them up? Or maybe prevent them easily? I'm not an expert with make-up and I basically only know how to apply lip gloss :S:SHow do you cover up freckles with make-up?

you can use a red shadow on it ,then cover them with a powder cream.this is the way that used in cinema for actresses.but if you want to remove them go to a doctor for your skin,he could remove them with medicine,my mother remove hers by going to a doctor.
I know this doesn't answer your question, but I can't understand why you would want to cover them up. Women are so beautiful with freckles, why would you do that?





God gives you something that makes you unique and is beautiful to many people, and you just want to cover it up. Many guys love the natural look and don't like make-up covering up what women perceive to be their flaws.





Why not just enjoy what you have, ignore those who are stupid and must tease, and you'll find people who like you for who you are, and men who will love those freckles and do anything for you because of them and your other good traits.
Try a good concealer and then use foundation.


Also use blush or bronser to help even out your skin tone.


You dont have to be a make up expert to apply these, you'll get better the more you wear them. If you're a teen and prone to breakouts look for skin-clearing make up or oil free make up.

then the foundation (the cream compacts are good, but what youprefer to use is up to you. Some women prefer that to use liquid foundation followed by powder) choose one that matches your skin tone and blend well. Avoid getting a make up line around the frame of your face.


Just a little bit of blush, enough for a natural glow.

you could blend them in slightly with a good powder bronzer.


they will blend in a bit more with your skin tone without making you look like you're caked in makeup.

aw, i bet your freckles are gorgeous! whoever teases you about them is just jealous. freckles are cool. however to prevent getting more you'd pretty much have to stay indoors and not be in the sun lol. and it might look obvious if you try to cover them up. can you learn to embrace your freckles?
I am about to try advanced solutions by Neutrogena. There is another brand called youthful essence but I want to try the Neutrogena 1st from Walmart. I think that helps out with the freckles and it will smooth out your skin. :) Hopefully you don't have to put too much make up on so you can look natural with a little makeup.
concealer liquid make up and loose powder. go to marshall fields and ask for this special make up they sell for covering up freckles or skin discolorations i'm sorry i forgot the name but, they will know what your talking about right away. it costs a few extra bucks but it is worth it cuz it really works and matches your own skin type perfectly
make sure ur skin is always hydrated and protected against the sun because sunlight accentuates freckles. if you want to cover them use foundation.good luck:)

Why would you want to cover up your freckles? Freckles are adorable. Let your true beauty shine.
there is also something at Belk that you may want to try , it is called dermablend...they have concealers and foundations, and a cosmetic person there to help you put it on and show you how. dermablend can cover up tattoos and birthmarks, but it is heavy. MAC cosmetics is also an excellent makeup that you may want to try. stop by a department store and ask for samples of some products that might work for you, then you will be able to make a decision without wasting any money in the mean time. good luck!

First off by proud of who you are!!!! I know that sounds corny but very true. First I use Mary-kay makeup and I love it. If you find someone that sell's this they will help and do a great job. First start with a concelor and apply that where your freckles are the worse, then apply your foundation make sure it is a good match to your skin color and go with a meduim coverage and then your powder. This should do the trick and then apply a light blush. It will take some pratice but have faith.
Why would you want to cover up your freckles anyway? I personally think freckles are the cutest things ever and that they make you special...... But if you really want to..... ok start with foundation, then powder. find one that matches your skintone please!!
