youve got good looks to work with so try a smokey eye but dont over do it! NEVER USE PURPLE EYESHADOW, it looks horrible on this girl i go to school with and she has blonde hair green eyes aswell.
For summer the whole bronze thing is in so you could try that, DONT GO TO ORANGE THOUGH! if your not into the tan thing, blush would look GREAT! not too pink a little more reddish would look better.
mascara looks really good on blondes.. im jealouse! theres nothing hotter than long lashes! so try out some brown mascara if you want it more natural looking. black with smokey eyes though. dont get clumpy mascara.
