How do I keep my eye make-up to stay on all day?

okay, well at school my makeup looks really good for like an 20 minutes after i do it. Then when I get to second period it's all smeared and I have almond shape eyes. HELP ME.How do I keep my eye make-up to stay on all day?
I know how you feel I have almond shaped eyes too, so every other class hour I try to make a stop to the bathroom or sometimes I will just fix it in class. You could also try finding a type of stronger eye liner that works better for you.How do I keep my eye make-up to stay on all day?
liquid eyeliner will last ALL day with out melting where as the regular pencil kind always seems to smudge and run a bit. i wear liquid eyeliner everyday and it doesnt smudge off even if you rub your eye it will come off in almost crumbs. i've also found that even if you cry it wont smudge but it will come off

Try using a base under your eyeshadows so that they have something to stick to. You can get these at MAC, Bare Escentuals, and drugstores maybe if you don't want to spend a lot of $. What could also help is using waterproof mascara and eyeliners.

You need an eye primer. I like Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I did a tutorial about primers here: http://www.prettybycritty.com/blog/critt鈥?/a> They will keep your makeup in place all day long - yay!
Set it with a powder when you put it on.

Make sure you're not using cream eye shadows, foundations, etc. if it's hot.





Don't wear too much.
You need to buy waterproof make up. All stores have them. A very good lipstick is Color Stay, by Loreal (i think) and believe me, you can kiss, lick, smear, or rub your lips anywhere and it will NOT come off. The only thing that works for it to come off is Vaseline and tissue.
what i do is dust translucent powder on my eyes and eyelids. it really holds everything in place.
u are using cheap azz makeup. use MAC eyeshadow. it will last the whole day, girl.
Keep your hands off the makeup, touching it makes it smear and come off.
Apply foundation to your eyelids before you apply your eyeshadow. That should make the eyeshadow stick longer.

Step 1:


Always remember to moisturise your face before starting. Leave for ten minutes to soak into the skin. This will help hold the makeup in place when finished.





Step 2:


Apply an even amount of liquid foundation on your face with your fingers, ensuring you blend well around the hair line. Also ensure that you smooth the make-up down onto the neck for a more even look.





Step 3:


Evenly apply the loose translucent powder with a pad (usually provided). This will help soak in any moisture that may cause the make-up to rub off.





Step 4:


Use the cream concealer to cover up the blemishes on your face like spots, rashes, scars etc. smooth on with your fingers. For dark under-eye circles and bags use a liquid concealer. apply it only to the inside area near the nose and spread out towards the edge of the eye. this will ensure you aren't left with white rings around your eyes. dab on more translucent powder over the top of the concealer this will help this sit for longer also.





Step 5:


for eye make up to last you will have to wear a cream eye-shadow this is a plain white one you can always apply powdered shadow on top but ensure the cream is still wet as this will help the powered eye-shadow last longer. The eye liner will have to be liquid for it to be longer lasting, as long as you leave it to dry properly it can last from morning to night without the need of touch up. although sometimes the bottom eye-lids may need a top-up occasionally as they are more moist than the top eye-lids.

Try not putting moisturizer on your eyelids after cleaning them. Then try a cream that goes under eye shadow. This should help in preventing creasing during the day.
Try MAC Eye paints. You can get it to match your skin color. It will make your eye makeup brighter and longer-lasting.
Put MOISTURIZER on your eyelids, everywhere that the eyeshadow will be at, and then apply the eyesdow

Actually.. probably any kind of lotion will work, not just face moisturizer
use PRIMER before putting on eyeshadow and also use mac eyeshadows they work the best
